INTRODUCING: The Japanese House’s debut ‘Still’, produced by The 1975’s Matty & George

The Japanese House sounds like she could be one of those ‘defining game-changer moments’ in 2015 music.

Produced by her mates Matty Healy and George Daniel from The 1975, who’s bedroom pots and pans have pumped out their band’s discography so far, Still is a super lush bed of vocal excitement – a vocoded harmony fading in and out and various voice sounds popping up here and there.

Zane Lowe premiered it on Radio 1 last night and his Australian namesake Zan Rowe spun it for the first time in Australia today on jjj.

It’s one of those songs that you shouldn’t read too much about actually. Just listen. She’s got an EP on the way. Oh and her real name is Amber Bain.
