Chloe Lilac’s Bottled The Feeling Of Being Used Into A Suckerpunch Of A Song Called ‘Here’s Your Song’

It’s always good when you can pick what a song’s lyrical direction will be from the first couple of lines, and that’s certainly well set up in Brooklyn dark pop maker Chloe Lilac‘s heavy new single Here’s Your Song.

The track and the video that comes with it, serve to process the pain of feeling used – in Chloe’s case – for her sexuality and not for her whole character as a woman.

Simplistic acoustic verses, trap drums and surprising chorus twists make this a really solid and effective single.
